Connor is a Mental Fitness & Wellbeing Consultant, who has previously worked with and mentored a range of clients, students and athletes from Olympic gold medallists to student-athletes competing in the NCAA College championship in the USA. He has also been an exercise and wellbeing coordinator in schools, including SEN across the South-West of England and is currently finalising his training to become a functional breathwork coach. As an athlete, he represented his county in Tennis, Rugby and Cricket and currently competes in national ultra-endurance events. He is fiercely passionate about the importance of physical and mental wellness in schools’ settings and supporting young people through exercise, movement and meditation/mental fitness.
