I have a passion for helping athletes feel and perform their best, both on and off the field. Sport has always been a massive part of my life—I played football for 10 years and now I’m heading to the world championships as a cheerleader. So, I get it. I know the highs and lows, the pressures, and the rewards that come with being an athlete.
With a background in psychology, I have achieved a BSc in psychology, MSc in Clinical psychology and I am just finishing an Mater’s in Psychology, I’ve spent years working in mental health. From supporting people through tough times in the NHS to teaching in a PRU and university students I’ve gained a lot of tools and techniques to help people thrive.
I believe mental fitness is just as important as physical fitness, and I’m here to help you tackle things like performance nerves, setbacks, or juggling the demands of sport and life.
