I’m a Sport Psychologist and Chartered Scientist with over 10 years of experience helping athletes improve their mental performance. I have a B.Sc. in Sport and Physical Education, an M. Sc in Applied Sport Psychology, and I’m currently working towards a PhD in Sport Psychology. I’m also a BASES-accredited practitioner, dedicated to supporting athletes at all levels.
I’ve been fortunate to work as a Sport Psychologist across a variety of sports, including rugby (Scarlets Rugby Academy), golf (Golf Wales), gymnastics, hockey, and competitive shooting. My approach is based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which means I help athletes manage challenges like performance pressure, self-doubt, and focus by breaking down unhelpful thought patterns and replacing them with practical strategies.
Whether it’s improving confidence, staying calm under pressure, or setting clear goals, my aim is to help athletes unlock their potential and perform at their best.
