With over a decade of experience in sport psychology, I have applied my MSc and BSc degrees, specifically in sport psychology, to support a diverse range of athletes and teams. I have worked with international and professional standard players, including those from Newport County AFC, Wales Golf, and Basketball Wales. Additionally, I have contributed to voluntary initiatives such as the Homeless World Cup and collaborated with James Lawrence Allcott to create YouTube content.
