I am Jess Hays, a Sport and Exercise Psychologist in Training, undertaking my qualification with the British Psychological Society. I have an MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology (Distinction) from the University of the West of England Bristol and a first-class BSc (Hons) Psychology undergraduate degree.
As a competitive golfer for over 12 years, I have experienced the psychological demands of sport firsthand, which sparked my passion for helping others thrive at a performance and personal level.
I have experience working with youth through to professional athletes, as well as creating and leading holistic development programmes for schoolchildren.
I believe that everyone should have access to the tools they need to excel in their chosen spaces. With experience in blog writing, creating podcast and audio scripts and running workshops, I take pride in turning complex psychological principles into accessible practical tools for those I work with.
