Judy Fakhera Sports and Exercise Psychologist (in training)

Sport and exercise have always been a big part of my life. From early experiences in tennis, fencing, and sprints, I’ve always enjoyed pushing myself and discovering new ways to stay active. Whether I’m participating or helping others, sport has brought me valuable lessons, and I’m passionate about sharing that with others.


I believe in giving athletes the time and space to feel heard. My approach is all about being kind and working together to help you become the athlete you want to be. I know it can be tough to ask for help, so I create a safe, encouraging space where you can open up and feel supported.


I work with athletes at all levels, from beginners to elite, offering one-on-one support, group sessions, workshops, and mental training plans that are easy to use. My work is based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which helps athletes work with their thoughts and feelings to improve both performance and well-being in sports and exercise.
