I hold an MSc in Performance Psychology (Distinction) and am a Level 4 Strength & Conditioning Coach. Over the past 10 years, I’ve gained extensive experience in fitness coaching, working with personal training clients to develop tailored plans that enhance their performance in specific sports. Additionally, I’ve collaborated with London-based charities to design and deliver sports and fitness programs for children and teenagers, combining psychological principles with physical training to support their development and resilience.
