I have been passionate about sports since I was 5, starting with gymnastics, volleyball, swimming, athletics, and triathlon. My journey led me to pursue a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, followed by a master’s in Sport Psychology. I am now on the SEPAR route to becoming an accredited sport psychologist. I have coached swimming, volleyball, and gymnastics for individuals aged 3 to 40, worked at Camp America as a swim instructor and lifeguard, and earned certifications such as the American Red Cross Lifeguard and Volleyball England Coaching qualifications. With experience in SEN teaching and after-school clubs, I am committed to helping young athletes grow both psychologically and athletically.
