As a young athlete, sport and exercise have always been at the heart of my journey. They have given me the drive to stay focused, the resilience to overcome setbacks, and the determination to keep striving for improvement both in sport and in life.
I am currently a Sport and Exercise Psychologist in Training (SEPiT) with the Chartered Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (CASES), working towards my HCPC accreditation. I hold a BA in Psychology from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, and an MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Loughborough University.
At present, I work with Loughborough Sport, where I have gained diverse experience across a range of sports and performance levels, supporting athletes in both individual and team settings. I am dedicated to helping others tap into the mental tools that enhance performance, boost motivation, overcome challenges, and promote long-term well-being.
My practice is rooted in evidence-based methods and guided by a holistic, athlete-centred approach. I am committed to delivering tailored, ethical interventions that build resilience and empower individuals to unlock their full potential, not only in sport but in every aspect of life.
