I am a Chartered Sport and Exercise Psychologist (HCPC registered) with extensive experience supporting athletes across a wide range of sports including football, netball, swimming, hockey, fencing, weightlifting, and sprinting. From developing young academy players to helping international athletes achieve peak performance, I specialise in tailoring mental strategies to meet both the demands of each sport and the needs of each individual athlete. My work focuses on building resilience, confidence, consistency, and the ability to perform under pressure, as well as supporting athletes through injury recovery to return mentally stronger as well as physically ready.

Alongside my work in sport, I also deliver engaging, research-informed educational workshops in schools. These sessions help students develop key skills such as motivation, resilience, confidence, study strategies, and managing pressure, skills that are not only vital in the classroom but also for life beyond school.

In addition, I have worked as an Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA), providing one-to-one support for young people to develop emotional awareness, self-confidence, and coping strategies. This role complements my sport psychology practice, as it deepens my understanding of how young people think, feel, and learn, allowing me to take a holistic approach to supporting performance and wellbeing.

At the heart of everything I do is a commitment to helping individuals unlock their potential, whether that's on the pitch, in the classroom, or in day-to-day life, by giving them the psychological tools to believe in themselves, embrace challenges, and thrive.
